江西省多舉措抓好食品藥品日常監(jiān)管工作
　　
    江西省食品藥品監(jiān)督管理局在日常監(jiān)管中大膽探索創(chuàng)新，不斷完善和豐富監(jiān)管手段，切實抓好日常監(jiān)管工作，全力保障群眾飲食用藥安全。

    一是行政審批嚴字當頭、優(yōu)處發(fā)力。著重優(yōu)化政務(wù)服務(wù)環(huán)境，在偏遠地區(qū)設(shè)立行政審批巡回服務(wù)站，每月組織審批人員到站受理申報材料，送達許可批件，現(xiàn)場為企業(yè)答疑解惑，已先后20次到站受理申請154件，送達許可證38個。

    二是信用監(jiān)管擴大影響、增強威懾。在全國率先探索推行食品藥品“黑名單”制度，已先后分5批曝光食品藥品企業(yè)“黑名單”98家，這些企業(yè)及責任人員，有的被吊銷或收回證照、有的被責令停產(chǎn)停業(yè)、有的在十年內(nèi)禁止生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營、有的被追究刑事責任。
